New Year's Eve

Happy New Year's Eve from the Johnson's!!

Here is what we did on the last day of 2005:

We have cleaned our house and done up all of our laundry. My great-grandmother always said "don't wash clothes on New Year's Day or you are washing for the dead". Not to be too superstitious, but definitly not taking any chances.

Clay gave both girls a bath.


Ron took his bike out for a short ride so that I could put the Christmas decorations back in the garage.










We went to Boomerang's this afternoon with Clay for his friend, Richie's birthday party. They had a great time shooting pool and dancing. Ron joined them for the electric slide.



Now, we are waiting for our friends Kim and Matthew and their son, Philip, to come over for "breakfast for dinner" and some New Year's Eve fun. We've gotten together on New Year's Eve for about 4 years now (excluding last year when Ben and I both had a virus).
