Annie

Well, this week, we reached the end of our rope with Annie. She has been extremely defiant and beligerant (if you will recall, she bit Ron back at Christmas). She refused to let Maggie have food and water and had taken to snapping and biting at her. She would only come out of Clay's room to eat and then would stay upstairs, very anti-social. We had to make a decision what to do and we decided that it was best if we returned her to the shelter. This was a very hard decision, as we love Annie very much, but just weren't equipped to handle her emotional issues. The shelter actually called tonight and she is being sent to a Boston Terrier Rescue to see if they can help her. We miss her terribly, but we couldn't go on with all of her issues.

On another note, Maggie had become sluggish and sad acting. Now, she's having no trouble at all being the house "princess" again. She's really bonded with her daddy and loves to play with him. (As a matter of fact, she now wants him to take her for walks....for me, she just lays in the yard and rolls!)
