Sisters!

It is such a small world! Today, I was walking down the hall with another third grade teacher, Kaye, and she mentioned something about her sorority from college. Of course, being the good sorority girl myself, I asked, "Oh, what sorority are you in?" And, to my surprise, she says, "I'm a Phi Mu." Well, the hall turned into a "now way"-squeel fest as we determined that we are sorority sisters! She was initiated at Lander University, while I was at USC Spartanburg. To go one step further, another third grade teacher, Julie, pledged Phi Mu at Appalachian State and then transferred before getting initiated and since she was walking down the hall, she jumped in on the excitement, too. (We're now trying to talk her into getting initiated.)

So, you never know where a sister might pop up in your life!
