Another Weekend

As Saturday night approaches, I realize that yet another weekend has trailed away and we're a few days closer to spring break! This hasn't been a particularly eventful weekend, but pretty relaxing. Last night, Ron and I met my friend, Jana, for dinner at Corona's. I never turn down the chance to eat good Mexican food. And, then after sleeping in this morning, we headed out to the Beacon for lunch, where we had the opportunity to help some biker's from Augusta (who rode up just to eat!) maneuver through the menu and ordering from JC. Aftewards, we headed to Christian Supply to buy Ben a promised Bible for his bab-a-tizm tomorrow night. Of course, I found enough book (on sale from $.96 to $2.96) to keep me busy until spring break! We then went an bought Ben some new shoes (his were worn out and Maggie thinks they are chew toys) and the boys got haircuts.....Yes, Clay got his haircut! At first, he looked like he would like to cry, but then he finally told us, " I hate to admit it, but I do look better." We barely recognize him. The rest of the afternoon was spent by Ben playing with his Noah's Ark set that he used his birthday money from Aunt Kim, Uncle Leonard and Zach to buy (he send you all a BIG thank you and hug!), Clay went riding on his bike, Ron watched TV and I read my latest book.

Very relaxing as a whole....good thing, the next three weeks are going to be INSANE!
