IMPACT Weekend

We stopped for dinner on Friday night before bowling. Some folks chose Wendy's, while others, including the Liberty students, opted for Bojangles.

This weekend was the youth's IMPACT weekend. Our family was fortunate to participate in this awesome event. Clay stayed at the junior high boy's house, while Ron and I did "logistical" stuff -- buying groceries, packing boxes, cooking, etc. Ben got to hang out with us and he was a big helper. He also made great friends with the college students from Liberty......we are so glad that our kids are exposed to Christian college students as role models through these events.

It was a great weekend!

At the cookout on Saturday night, Dan (to the right of Ben in the picture) helped Ben fix his plate......oreo's and cheetos. Very healthy meal! Ben made a new buddy with Dan. They played soccer and basketball. Dan taught Ben all about "granny shots".
