I'm spending the afternoon lesson planning and getting ready for teaching my night classes at Spartanburg Tech (no, now Spartanburg Community College....they changed the name last week), while Ron pays bills, Clay watches TV and Ben goes out to the playground.
Ben came in a short while ago......crying. A first in our family, one of our kids got stung by a bee/wasp! Scout Clay went into action rubbing the sting area with bite wipes (after making sure the stinger was out) and band-aiding it up. Thankfully, Ben doesn't appear to be allergic to bees! Now, he' s curled up in the corner of his bedroom with his blankies and Cookie.
