Ron told me last night that I could go out buy an outfit or two today for my birthday. So, after lunch the boys and I headed out to Sandhill to look. Well, I discovered Ann Taylor's LOFT. Oh wow...what a store! And, right now, all of their reduced merchandise is an additional 40% off!!! I left with a pair of jeans, a pair of black dress slacks, two pairs of capris, a pair of dressy capris, a skirt, 4 shirts, a dress and a headband for $25 over my alloted amount from Ron. Can you guess how excited I am today?!?!?
While out earlier I had found these really cute Steve Madden shoes and all day Clay has told me to go back and get them. (They were on sale!) Well, instead (I love shoes, but I love lots of shoes vs. expensive shoes) while picking up a few things at Target, Clay discovered they had a knock-off of them! So, I ended up getting those, a pair of American Eagle flip flops and a pair of casual, flat black shoes from the boys for my birthday instead of the wallet to match my purse (who really ever sees the wallet anyway?!?)
Not to be selfish (although I very seldom buy any clothes), I did buy Ben a tee shirt at Aeropostale (he's just starting to want these brands that Clay wears) and Clay some flip flops and a belt from American Eagle.
Poor Ron! He goes out of town on business for one night and I spend his money! At least I saved him a whole bunch in the process!!!!! :)
I promised the boys ice cream from Marble Slab if they cooperated while I shopped. They did!

Sounds like you found some great bargains! I LOVE Marble Slab - in fact, I went last night but they closed five minutes before I arrived. :( Hope everything is still going well for y'all in Columbia!

I love bargain shopping!! I ended up going back on Sunday before heading to Sptbg. and buying some more clothes....I couldn't pass up the the deals :)
