Appetizer: When was the last time you were surprised? Last week when I got a facebook message from a friend of mine from elementary school and junior high.

My eyes are slightly not 20/20, but I wish they were!
Salad: If you were a Beanie Baby, what would you look like and what would your name be? I would look like me and my name would be Melanie. (Real creative, I know, but its early!)
Main Course: Name two things you consistently do that you consider to be healthy habits. These days, not much. I do consistently take my blood pressure medicine and this is about it.
Dessert: What brand of toothpaste are you using these days? Do you like it? Why or why not? Crest, I think. It's fine. I'm not a picky toothpaste person.
