Congratulations, Again, Jim and Jana!

We send our best wishes and congratulations to our friends, Jim and Jana, who are adding a new baby to their family in early March! We are very excited for both of you, Taylor, Kaitlyn and Anna!

It's Open!

After dinner at Red Lobster ( I was craving their cheese biscuits), where Ben temporarily got his finger stuck in the lobster claw door handle --- don't ask...only Ben!, we headed out to Sandhill to look for my birthday gift from the boys. However, the store didn't have what they wanted and we ended up at the Wisteria Aveda Salon for diffuser oil and then home.

Ron had picked up a cake on his way home and they all had a card for me.

We ate cake, even Maggie got a piece, and then I got to open the gift I have been waiting (sometimes patiently, sometimes not) for.....a Vera Bradley Backsack in Mod Pink Floral, one of the new fall patterns!!!!! The gift the boys were looking for tonight happened to be the wallet to match. So, tomorrow or Saturday I told them we'll try the Le Bag Lady over in Forest Acres. That was what they decided together they wanted to get and I thought that was really sweet! :)

Anyway, I am officially 34 and the "big" day is almost over for another year!
