A Part of Our Family

Mollie is settling in nicely to the Johnson family. She is adorable and sweet and funny! She's now sleeping at night (in bed with us, of course...she starts out on Ron's side, but by morning migrates to the middle of the bed), playing and aggravating Maggie, and eating up a storm. It is quickly becoming a situation of "what was it like before Mollie?" and no one remembers.

Like Maggie, she has tons of nicknames already: Mollie Wollie, Mollie Bear, Little Bit, Puff-Puff, and Puffball

On Christmas morning, Santa had left her a pink bear in her stocking. Well, she found it and brought it into our room. It was so cute how she just knew it was hers. She LOVES this bear and carries it all over the house with her. I couldn't resist these too cute pictures of her with her "bear-y".

Merry Christmas From Mollie!

Mollie was VERY GOOD for her very first Santa picture! She can't wait to see what Santa puts in her stocking on Christmas morning.

Mollie's First Day at Home

We ended up getting Mollie by accident. Out walking on Monday, Ron and I found her and went looking for her owner. They didn't seem too crazy about her and said a couple of times, "you can have her if you want her." We went home and I couldn't stop thinking about her. So the next night I went over and asked if they were serious. The lady called me on Wednesday morning and said she would like to work out getting rid of her. Finally, we picked her up this afternoon right about 5:00 as my Christmas present from Ron, and came straight home for a bath. After blowing her hair dry and brushing it, we took her for Santa pictures (watch for those tomorrow!) Now, she's getting used to her new home (she seems to love it!) and learning to play with Maggie and the boys.
