Time Away

Ron had Friday off from work and we decided that we just needed to get out of town. So, after we got up we headed down to Columbia just to walk around the campus and Five Points and have lunch at this BBQ place I found online....It was AWESOME! And we walked away full (as Ron is demonstrating).

We had such beautiful weather and a lot of fun just hanging out as a family.

We went to the new Pi Kappa Phi house in the new greek village at USC. The house was gorgeous! And the bedrooms had these really cool built in lofts.

We enjoyed the beautiful weather while the boys checked out the fountain outside the School of Law.

Ben wanted to see history...well, he got to see the orginal Supreme Court of SC bench.

We also walked around Five Points where Ben found a life-sized Lego man.

I couldn't resist trying out the "Turtle"...we used to have these at the skating rink when I was a kid and I LOVED them! Ron had already given the girls at the store his "story" of why he loves dolphins and we accused him of embarrassing us. Ron says, "At least I wasn't the only embarrassing Johnson in the store!"
