On Saturday we got up at a decent time and headed to this wonderful restaurant on Main Street, the Capital Cafe. Clay and I had shrimp and grits...YUMMY! We walked the remainder of Main St. to the State House, where we toured the building and the grounds.
Ron will start his new job with Wilbur Smith on the 15th floor tomorrow! Yea, Ron!

Ben loves history and he took in everything about the State House. He and Ron on the balcony.

The video told us all about the unique architecture of the building.

The grounds were beautiful!

We knew that we wanted to join the SC State Museum so the boys and I could go as often as we'd like. So, we headed over there, joined and then spent about an hour walking around the science exhibits. The boys, of course, wanted to see the whole place, but we know we'll have lots of time and eventually we'll know the place inside-out!

We can't wait to go back for the "Aliens" exhibit.

Ben learned all about the earth's core, while Clay learns about earthquakes.

Me and my boys!

All of my boys are SO SILLY!!!
