Okay, I just wrote my entire blog, put in my pictures, moved them around and......accidently closed it out and lost it all! So, I guess I'll rewrite a short version.........Tonight we went to the Boiling Springs and Byrnes football game. The premise was taking my Tiger Cubs so they could earn one of their requirements. They had a blast, but BSHS wasn't enjoying it near as much as the boys. When we left after halftime, the score was 35-0 (the Bulldogs weren't winning).
The Tiger Cubs enjoyed the game.The best part for me was seeing everyone....this was THE place to be tonight. Before I had even gotten inside the gate, I saw my old boss from the bank, my principal, my friends and fellow teachers -- Jana and Wendy, a guy Ron graduated from high school with.....I think we saw almost everyone we know in Boiling Springs before the night ended. I even ran into a teacher that I taught with last year and it was really good to see her.
We were sitting behind the junior high band tonight. That was a little scary to think that next year, Clay might be sitting there playing his trumpet. He, of course, loved the band part of the game. And, I thought the half time show was pretty good this year.
Well, I've got to find the score for the BIG game tonight......Spartan High and Dorman. Go VIKES!
The boys stopped to check out the bulldog on the way out.

30 to 0...hmmmmm...looks like things have not changed too much in Boiling Springs...LOL. We miss you guys! We look forward to seeing you in Jersey!!!
